Order

I was cooking meat pies this weekend and suddenly became frustrated at the mess I was making while improvising to make a hurried dish since I was : A) Hungry B) Unwilling to go to the store. I almost hyperventilated when a voice said " Order is a choice as is chaos" I looked around and noticed that I was subconsciously making a choice to be disorderly. I quickly put away a few ingredients and made the conscious decision to align the dough pieces in row on the wax paper. The sense of peace that I had because of those minor adjustment was a wake up call to me. If you want order make the necessary changes, however if you are OK with chaos adjust your expectations!
